next step: Hardrock

Tuesday evening I fly to Salt Lake City to join Roch Horton's carpool to the Hardrock 100 mile endurance run in Silverton, Colorado. This event is part of the Rocky Mountain Slam for Roch and will be his 6th time finishing the race. I'm excited and looking forward to pacing him for the last 42 miles which should take us about 15 hours according to his race plan.
